My dream has always been to study law. I worked hard in
school and made the grades to get partial scholarships to
many outstanding colleges. I couldn't enjoy the feeling of
accomplishment, I didn't know I would pay.
My parents supported my dream but could not afford to
help make it happen. It looked like I would have to figure
out another way.
Then I read about JELF in the Jacksonville Jewish News. I
worked with JFCS on my application and was awarded the
extra money I needed! I felt like the entire community was
behind me. It is a dream come true.

The Jewish Educational Loan Fund (JELF) of Atlanta
grants interest-free college loans to supply those last dollars that enable Jewish students to get the education
they need to succeed in life.
