SENIOR SOLUTIONS
Our care managers provide support with life transitions. Services include assessment, consultation and linkage to community resources. We assist with long distance caregiving, provide medical advocacy services and can help identify housing and other home care options. Services are provided on a sliding scale fee basis. KOSHER KART
A convenient and affordable meal option for seniors and anyone recuperating from illness and/or hospitalization. Nutritious, ready-to-heat frozen meals are delivered right to your door. Sliding fee scale is available. Call (904) 224-6287.
CALL2GO TRANSPORTATION
DJS arranges transportation for older adults of the Jewish faith to religious services at no cost, and to medical appointments, shopping trips and recreational activities for an affordable fee. Call (904) 224-6287.
HOLOCAUST SURVIVOR SERVICES
JFCS offers support, assistance and compassionate care to survivors and their families throughout Northeast Florida.
JEWISH HEALING NETWORK (JHN)
Trained volunteers visit individuals who are ill, coping with loss and other life challenges. The JHN is committed to fulfilling the mitzvah of Bikur Cholim, visiting the sick. Jewish cultural and holiday outreach is available to those living in senior residential facilities and feeling isolated from the Jewish community. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Emergency financial temporary funds help Jewish individuals, families and seniors in need. Non-perishable food also available through our on-site Winn-Dixie Emergency Food Pantry.
COUNSELING
Dupont Counseling Group offers individual, couples and family counseling provided by licensed mental health counselors. Support groups, workshops to the entire community, and in-school therapeutic services for Jewish children, teachers and parents also offered. Call (904) 394-5706 or referrals@jfcsjax.org.
PJ LIBRARY
Jewish Family & Community Services (JFCS) is honored to sponsor the PJ Library in Jacksonville, sharing books and music with young Jewish families and their children. With generous donations from the DuBow Family Foundation and the Sam Berman Charitable Foundation, JFCS is partnering with the Jewish Federation of Jacksonville, area dayschools and synagogues. Our goal is to enrich, engage, and excite families about their Jewish heritage and traditions. The Jacksonville Jewish
community has approximately 15,000 residents and covers Duval, St. Johns, Nassau and Clay Counties.

JEWISH EDUCATIONAL LOAN FUND (JELF)
JFCS works with students seeking financial assistance by facilitating the loan application process through JELF www.jelf.org.
