Florida Families

• We work directly with adoptive parents coordinating complete and individual Adoption Plans
• We provide birth parent counseling throughout the pregnancy as well as after placement
• We provide document preparation and court appearances
• We provide all professional services to finalize the adoption

Out-of-State Families

• Includes all services provided to Florida families listed above
• All work and documentation needed to facilitate approval by the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children

How to begin the Adoption Process

Please fill out and return the initial Adoption Application. You can complete our online adoption application, download and print our adoption agency application or call First Coast Adoption Professionals at 904-394-5763.

Once we receive your application and fee, we will send you an adoption packet. Please review, fill out all pertinent information and return to us at: FCAP, 6261 Dupont Station Court, E., Jacksonville, Florida 32217.

We will then arrange our first consultation with you, discuss your fee structure, schedule your home study and help you create your profile.
