This film follows the challenges and triumphs of Lior, a 12-year old boy with Down Syndrome, as he prepares for his Bar Mitzvah. Mental Health and Counseling Support

Dupont Counseling Group, a division of Jewish Family & Community Services (JFCS), is best known for its quality mental health counseling services, assisting people of all ages, races, ethnicities and socio-economic backgrounds.

We also feature children’s programs and specialized support groups where those with similar issues and experiences can learn from each other.

Confidentiality is always guaranteed. Tricare, Medicaid, Medicare and most insurance plans are accepted. JFCS also offers sliding-scale fee options to help make getting the help you need more affordable.

CounselingCounseling Services

A staff of caring, qualified licensed and license-eligible clinical social workers and therapists provides counseling services for individuals, couples, families and children who are coping with difficult times or disruptive life events.

Building Bridges:

The Women’s Giving Alliance provides funding for an empowerment group for young girls and women with a focus on breaking the cycle of violence and co-dependency and aging out successfully from foster care.

Children’s Programs:

Includes school-based programs and mental health counseling.
